Return Policy

Can I return my order? Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

What are the conditions for a return?

• The item must include all original parts and packaging
• Normal handling is acceptable — damage from careless use is not covered
• Hygiene-related products must be thoroughly cleaned before return
• The item must have been found defective immediately upon receipt

Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia.

How do I start a return? Email us at info@luznieve.com with the following information:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photo of the product if damaged or defective
• Your full name and address

We will respond within 1-2 business days with the return address and instructions.

How long does the refund take? Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our conditions, your refund will be processed within 7 business days using your original payment method.
